I am an Assistant Professor specializing in Computer Engineering at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, BITS Pilani – Hyderabad Campus.
My research interests lie in computer architecture, embedded systems, and human-centric technologies - building responsible, scalable computing systems.
Research and Teaching Philosophy: My goal is to equip students with skills to help them develop/apply various technologies to benefit the universe.
My research combines foundational computing systems with applied, human-centered problem domains.
Quantum computer architecture
Power-aware systems, IoT, automation
AI/ML, Internet Technologies, Mental Health
Position 1: Intern – Internet Technologies & Mental Health
Position 2: PhD / MTech / BTech Research Scholar
Position 3: PhD / JRF – Quantum Computer Architecture
Topic: Internet Technologies & Mental Health
Goals:
1) To understand the correlations between internet technologies and mental health. Provide solutions to mitigate any detrimental impact.
2) To identify challenges faced by doctors in diagnosis, treatment and recovery of mental illnesses. Develop tools to aid them.
We are collaborating with doctors at NIMHANS, Banglore to provide ML based tools to aid doctors.
Topic: Fault tolerance for semiconductor-based quantum computers
Error models and fault-tolerant architectures.
